About Teck Shield

Teck Shield is a growing managed IT and cybersecurity services provider based in Port St John, Florida, serving small and mid-sized businesses across Brevard County. We work in compliance-sensitive environments — healthcare, legal, financial services, and more. We are not actively hiring right now, but we welcome applications from strong MSP technicians and engineers for future opportunities.

Who we are looking for

We are not hiring at this time, but this page stays open for future opportunities. If you are a tier 2 or tier 3 MSP technician, or an engineer who still likes being hands-on, we would like to hear from you.

  • MSP or IT services background — service desk, escalations, or field support
  • Comfort with ConnectWise (or similar PSA), Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking fundamentals
  • Professional with clients and teammates — you explain things clearly and follow through
  • Interest in security, cloud, and doing work right in regulated environments

What the work looks like

  • Handle escalations, project work, and complex tickets alongside the team
  • Support clients across Brevard County from our Port St John office
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and leadership as we grow
  • Room to grow — we promote from within when the fit is right
